What a fun place! It’s ‘french-ish’ which gives them a wide berth in menu creation. Our table ordered a variety of food, all of which was delicious. I recommend having reservations. We did not but fortunately they have a shaded outdoor seating area so we were able to be seated. Oddly for the south, they do not serve iced tea.

Black Rooster is beautiful & the cuisine is delicious. The service on during Peak hours especially on rooftop seems to need adjustment but all in all is an amazing experience & the views are breath taking! I would recommend; tip: always make reservations. It’s a hot place to be!

Black Rooster is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Their food is delicious with a great variety of unique and traditional dishes (the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich is my fave!) and their cocktails are some of the best in town. This was my first time at a French restaurant and I was blown away. I highly recommend trying this place out one night. Be prepared to spend more money than usual.
