Good coffee, good food, good atmosphere, one down side is that wait can be long if you don’t get there early as there is a limited seating. They use Mr Expresso coffee ( it’s good) and this is the only one place I know that serves green ham and eggs.

My oh my, the service here was SUPER attentive. The waitstaff look and sound like they actually enjoy their jobs, Even the quoted wait time of 45 minutes was really only about 10-15. The food is delicious and quick to arrive after you place your order. I caution that the parking situation was a touch hectic but nothing to deduct for.
