Simply the best breakfast I have had in the States . Great coffee and juice . The buck wheat pancakes were absolutely delicious and the maple bacon was even better . Sat outside in a beautiful courtyard in the sun . Service was excellent . I highly recommend that if you visit Venice Beach you pay a visit to Gjelina .

I had the opportunity to had brunch at Gjelina and food was a bit above than ok. I want to highlight the freshness of the ingredients. Mixed Market Greens salad was fresh and all with organic products (I can tell), and the white sea bass sandwich was pretty good. Pizza very below expected, the dough was not good at all.
