The pepperoni pizza fries taste just as good as they look. They were big enough to share with someone else and it filled us both up. If you have a sweet tooth, check out some of the lemonades. A super chill crew made it a fun first time at Knead. I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Easily the best garlic bread I’ve ever had, and the chicken parmesan sandwich was great as well! You get what you pay for, portion-wise, so while the price is definitely LA, you’ll get enough for lunch tomorrow, too! Staff was super sweet and the service was quicker than most places in the market.

Friendly staff and fantastic food. You can tell the chef is very passionate about his job. He personally came up and asked me how my meal was and he looks so happy when I told him it was great. Definitely try the Mac and cheese and don’t forget to tip!

Nice and cozy place(good for date), seating area on the sidewalk is great. Attentive staff, staying on top of your needs. Good quality food, decent size entries. Good selection of pastas and more. Pasta and meatballs are definitely made fresh. You can taste every ingredient and how well they work with each other. The cheesesteak was tender and juicy and all the ingredients taste so fresh. It’s amazing how good the food can be at GCM

I got the bucatini Alfredo and it was great and what you expect from fresh pasta. The price however definitely makes a dent in your wallet for the size that you get. It’s a perfect meal size but for $12+ you wish there was saying little more. It’s cool seeing the guy make pasta as you eat too.

My favorite restaurant in Grande Central market which has a large options to eat in DTLA. Definitely make a stop here if you are a tourist sightseeing this area. The pasta is very good and fresh made. The only “difficult” thing is to find a spot to sit in rush hours.
