If you want authentic Roma Italian you must go here!! Bruschetta amazing. Pesto divine. And the pasta -perfecto! Add a nice Italian wine and made from scratch tiramisu that’s soooo good. Best meal in SD.

A very local, small but authentic home-kitchen Italian food. Enjoyed everything we ordered, but would hope there is some improvement in the complementary bread.

I thought the food was very good. The ambience was warm and inviting. Also clearly mom and pop owned which I absolutely LOVE AND RESPECT!

The Italian food at Mia Trattoria is sublime. We don’t live in San Diego, but this is the second time we visited this restaurant. You must try it when you’re in the neighborhood.

Delicious authentic Italian food. We had the eggplant Parmigiano, fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms. And for dessert had the chocolate cheesecake. Great atmosphere with easy parking. I would highly recommend it and will come here again.
