Risotto in American Canyon! A vegetarian option, the risotto had delicious trumpet mushrooms and peas. The portion was huge and enough for two meals. The Arborio rice had a slight crunch that kept each bite more interesting. The stock was filled with flavor and there was an ample amount of cheese. I will be back.

The food was amazing great service and fast food i got for the starter some frito misto and the sauce was amazing and the calamary was very cripsy.
