Exceptional hidden gem. This place has hands down the best brisket, cooked right outside, old school and right to your plate. The dirty tots will most likely go down as a Sacramento foodie staple. I held 3 business meetings here just for an excuse to snack away again.

Pretty good BBQ joint in Sac. They have a huge smoker in the back where they are able to make all these delicious meats. I went during St. Patrick’s weekend and they had a special corn beef tater tot dish which was excellent. Ribs weren’t quite fall off the bone, but still very tasty.

Have tried several bbq places and nothing comes close to the southern bbq I’m used to until I ate here. The meat is so tender, smoky flavor and just so perfect it’s mind blowing. I will most def be coming back next time I’m in sac!

Some of the best smoked BBQ I have had in a very long time and you can’t forget all of the local brew they too.. Love their smoke brisket and pulled pork. Have great lunch specials. They’re excellent. Staff is always so polite and very attentive. Definitely a must try.

Not only was the food amazing but the service and atmosphere was phenomenal! Being from Texas I had high expectations and this place blew those out of the water! The ribs were better than those I have back at home and the mac n cheese was to die for! Will definitely make this a stop next time I’m in Sacramento!

Great service! I had the Meat Platter. Ribs had been cooked the prior day, a bit dry. The briskets were delicious. Unsweetened tea was the best. Overall, I really enjoyed the visit and plan on visiting again.

Tank house BBQ was delicious!!! I will definitely be returning because the food quality was so good. I have to mention the wait time was pretty bad. Order took 35+ min and we ordered before the rush. Just expect a longer wait time than usual here. Could have been an understaffed day so I will give this place 5 stars

Someone recommended that I try Tank House and it didn’t no disappoint. The wait was a little long but I did go right after the Farmers Market. Everything was delicious, I would just try a different bbq sauce next time because the sweet bbq taste like Mumbo sauce. Also I would order the pull pork sandwich again but without the cheese.

Okay , their dirty Mac and cheese is insanely delicious. I was out for a walk and could not walk by. They also have a great selection of other plates , great BBQ and a solid rotation of good beers. Must visit!
