Twisted Spur Brewing reviews:
Missed this one on my last trip, and glad I made it here this time. Great old school atmosphere with very friendly staff – and most important: really, really good beer. Including one of the best Weizen I had outside Bavaria. Definitely coming back.
Great spot with a really good beer selection. They have some unique beer offerings from their own tanks, so try a flight (or two). The pub fare is good, and the prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is fun in this open space feel.
Fantastic spot with delicious beers and friendly staff. I didn’t get a chance to eat there, but the menu looked good and I’d love to try it again.
Great local spot. Friendly bartender. El Diablo is a great beer, though not shown on the menu. Several draft options and plenty of liquor drinks too. A definite must try in the area
Twisted spur is one of our favorite breweries! The beer is outstanding and the staff is fun and attentive. What is most surprising is that the food is absolutely 5 star which you don’t normally find at a local brewery. This should …
First time here. About 12-15 beers on tap. Tried the 2 complex beers (Milkshake IPA and Peaches/Cream Gose) and they stood out.
Ordered Pub Pretzel and was delivered cold. Pretzel was large, but cheese to …
This brewery was the best I’ve ever been at. Being from Asheville that is a high peat, being from the best area of breweries. Their beer was by far the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, Drew and Terrance were the best bartenders I’ve ever …
Of very importance was our server. She was outstanding, so very accommodating and personable. …
Great food and beer, plenty of beer and cocktail options. Great staff.
Good place. Beer was ok, food very tasty (nice spice on garlic sriracha wings).
Loved the beers and environment. Excellent food. Hard to find parking.
Great service and atmosphere my bartender was amazing!
During oyster season it appears that they sell oysters for $1 each. Friendly staff delicious food great beer
Great place to get Pint and a bite. They have a brunch menu that rocks and lots of oyster choices too.
They have Trivia on Mondays 7-9 hosted by Patrick Fowler. Really good food and service. Some parking along the building, plus paid street parking. Good lighting for a bar.
Awesome place for fresh, local craft beers and tasty pub grub.
We went there for the beer but stayed for the food. Had the Hefeweizen and the Mexican Lager to drink and the burger and the bruschetta chicken to eat. Get the brussel sprouts as a side. Flash fried and seasoned to perfection.
Trivia Night with Dragonberry Martinis and Greek Tacos: Great drinks! Great food!! Great service and energy!!! Great FUN!!!!
My first visit, and it felt like Cheers. I will be back whenever in town.
I was a little worries because of the reviews. We asked to sit outside on the patio and our waitress came out with pink hair! From the start she had an awesome personality and a smile on her face! She was wonderful! Our food was great, …
Great place to grab a beer and some food bar tenders are awesome!
This was my first brew pub experience. I ordered the hefewvizen and it was very good. I paired it with the Pesto and it was absolutely delicious. The waitress that suggested both the beer and the dish to me really knows good food. The …
I have lived in Manhattan and I currently live in London. I have been to craft breweries, distilleries, and wineries all over the world. I love Twisted Spur! I would recommend this to anyone who lives in or is visiting the Columbia area. I …
During a weekend visit to Columbia, I decided to give Twisted Spur a try based on a recommendation from a colleague. I was looking for some good oysters and never would have thought to try here, but they were very good! My husband and I also enjoyed the beers on tap and our waitress was great. We would definitely visit again!
First time eating there and both my fiance and I enjoyed it very much. Our meals were delicious and the server, Jonathan, was super nice and
attentive. It was also great that they know how to cook a burger med. rare!
Food was great large portions, I didn’t get to try beer due to pregnancy but my husband and friends enjoyed it -would return
