Antico Nuovo reviews:
Absolutely incredible. I came here for a friend’s bachelor party dinner and everyone was blown away. We even had the added bonus of Leonardo DiCaprio sitting next to us! Great ambiance and the food was magnificent. The burrata, salads, …
Well executed “nuovo” Italian fare, with particular standouts: warm, freshly baked focaccia with just the right amount of salt, fresh ricotta with roasted pistachios, and all pastas made in house. To end the meal, I thought, “Ice cream… …
Came for Christmas Eve dinner and it was such a delicious and decadent meal. The staff was great and thank you for working so hard that day! We ordered from pretty much every category. We got the focaccia bread( which omg so good), the …
5 out of 5 no doubt. One of the best Italian food I have had in the US. Food was very full of flavor and fulfilling. Service was phenomenal. I have no complaints. Just amazing!
It is an interesting location in a Koreatown strip mall and I was approached for change by the person in front of the business next door, but once inside it was a great atmosphere. …
It was a great experience, food was inventive and unique, not your regular trattoria style. Service was superb with a nice atmosphere. All this is reflected in your bill. The restaurant itself was a 5star, but giving four because of the …
Lovely dinner. The focaccia is delightful and amazing. The salads and pastas are great as well. But the best part is the main course and the serving size is good enough for two. And don’t miss the whipped gelato at the very end.
Everything we ordered was fantastic. Our server was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, not only about all of the items on the food menu, but about the available wines. I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time, but was worried it might be overhyped; I’m glad to state, this is worth every bit of the hype!
I went to this restaurant for my birthday, and my experience was pretty good! The dishes are small and expensive, but they still taste great. Also be aware of the registration fee which is 20% of the total bill. The interior is trendy, yet cozy. I loved their dishes and how they change my utensils every time I get new dish.
Some of the best food I’ve had in Los Angeles, regardless of the cuisine. Perfectly seasoned crudo, ravioli with bite and unstoppable ricotta, lamb ribs executed flawlessly, and broccoli I’m convinced was stolen from an alternate reality
Wow, this was just fantastic. Super light and springy dough with a delicious taste. The sun gold sauce is definitely a standout. Pretty amazing slices or Pizzetta as they call it.
What can I say about this amazing evening. After just having returned from Italy, we were primed for solid, albeit not comparable pasta. Instead what we discovered is that Antico is an absolute gem! Not only was the food comparable to …
Best pasta on the menu is the papardelle.
Happened to be close by on a Wednesday night and thought we try to get in without a reservation. Glad we did because everything was amazing. Wonderful little spot that was cozy and inviting. The food was delicious and perfect for …
Very nice Italian restaurant I love it.
Pizza on focaccia is very tasty. I just wish they had more meat options (it’s all pork). I hope other places copy these guys and this type of pizza becomes easier to find. The ice cream is delicious and tastes like clotted cream.
Good ambience and service.. but prices 😵💫 $80+ for 3 glasses of win …
I’ve only had the ice cream, which is amazing. Looking forward to eating my way through the rest of the menu.
So I went to pickup ice creams at the restaurant this time, since DoorDash doesn’t have their latest selections 😋 @antico___la did it again! They have quickly become my favorite ice cream maker in LA. The Chocolate Hazelnut is my fav of al …
What amazing experience. It was so much so I forgot to take pictures. Loved all the pastas and the chicken and steak was amazing. Important note make sure you leave some room for the ice cream (I had the honey comb amazing). Difficult to …
Absolutely love this place! Moved to LA a few weeks ago and this has been my go to Italian restaurant I take out all my friends and family to! Highly recommend the short rib pappardelle!
This is what Italian food is supposed to be. Simple but perfect. Amazing dishes. Excellent fine dining service. Do not leave without having the ice cream, it’s worth it.
Stopped in for a minor life celebration with my partner, we grabbed the final reservation for the evening at 9:30pm. …
Came here for date night since we live a couple of blocks away and one of the servers is an acquaintance of my BF, so we decided to check it out. The decor is clean and very homey, having been in Italy just a few weeks prior, the ambiance …
I was just at this place. I’ve been wanting to try it out since they opened and my mom and I walked by and saw that Stacks of firewood outside. Us being from Latin countries, we knew that when a place has stacks of firewood outside, tl;dr, …
One of my favorite parts of living in LA is strip mall culture. Antico brings simple, elegant, rustic Italian fare. Simple but eccentric and interesting pasta options. Wood fired grill produces lots of lovely flavors. And a great wine list with very interesting, modestly priced bottles. Love it. Happy it’s in my hood
Celebrated wife’s birthday there everything was delicious and good service!
Amazing food – start with the focaccia and end with a nice Pappardelle pasta
Just incredible. The energy. Lighting. Vibe. Food. Team. Wine. Yes to all of it. Chef Chad and the team are doing something really special here. There are zones and dimensions of flavor within the sauces…something mysterious is happening in this food. It will require several visits back to get to the bottom of it.
Been loving their to-go ice cream pints during Covid 🙂 Flavors change on the daily- the seasonal fruit flavors are the best- very subtle flavors, not too sweet and super creamy.
Wow, where do I begin? Every element about this spot is spot on – from the ambiance, the service, food, and especially the decor. Chef Chad – you really outdid yourself. Thanks for the hospitality. You all really made the evening extra special. Congratulations on the new restaurant.
This place is incredible! Wow! Service was also impressive!
