I work AV. I’m setting up my gear for a meeting and I asked the waiter for some bread and butter. He says, ‘oh, you’re hungry? Wait a second.’ He comes back with a full plate of food from a buffet previously in the day. If they treat their AV guy this well, I can’t imagine how well they treat their paying guests.
