Miceli’s reviews:
I love this place SO much and would come here more often if LA traffic wasn’t what it is. …
We had Aunt Angie’s Original Lasagna, Chicken Lasagna + some Pizza (half Shrimp Garlic and half Special)
All of them was good! We loved all of them! …
Great place, very traditional, great service. A little slow with the food going out from the kitchen, but great food! All the dishes are sharable. Don’t skip desert. The best Tiramisu I’ve ever had. Very recommended.
Interior is bigger then it looks from the outside. We were situated in the third floor with is very narrow for a tall person. There is live piano person playing along with waiters singing Italian music, awesome! We ordered pizzas, …
Very old fashioned restaurant. Staff were welcoming, great ambience and clean too. Food were good. Food came in big portion I cld only finished half. However I was offered to take home. Pianist in the back ground to lift up the mood.
everything we ordered was amazing. The staff was friendly quick and attentive; every time we thought we might need something, there was someone there to ask what that might be. as a coffee and dark-liquor lover, I highly recommend the affogato for dessert.
The rolls, garlic bread and Auntie Anne’s Lasagna were so good, and the service was very friendly. The music from the piano player created the perfect ambiance!
So just got takeout from this place and one thing I want to point out is that I walked 15 min to get back to my apartment from here and my food was still steaming hot by the time I got back and opened it up. I was impressed by this! …
Great food and waiter Cale was great. Loved the ambience of restaurant. Asked if we could order a pizza not listed on menu and was no problem. Chicken garlic and mushroom on Alfredo sauce was delicious
This place was a time travel to back in the day when Italian figures came in to dine. The service was good and the food amazing. The sauce they give for the mozzarella sticks is to die for. The pizza sauce is a bit sweet for some, but I Loved it.
I had the delicious buffalo chicken pizza with ranch and a little spice!
The waiter and live piano music
added to this wonderful dining experience. I totally recommend it great food …
we have an after party after the presentation of “Ourdad Danielle” documentary film at the Dances with films festival. The basement was reserved for us and a buffet and open bar. we gather like 30 people and had a great time with the …
Cute little Restaurant, I loved the fact that Lucy actually filmed an episode of I love Lucy! The pizza was great! Bruschetta was tasty …
Fantastic Food and Service. Great drink selection. Bring your appetite. Convenient parking nearby.
Not bad. Just service is sometimes slow maybe due to understaff?
The food is good and we have been there a few times on Sunday. …
Iconic Italian restaurant, been going to the original location for over 40 years. Hollywood’s oldest pizza parlor. It has not been hipsterized or
ruined in all these years. It’s dark and has an amazing ambiance, complete with …
Portions are big. Waiter was very nice. Pictured is the chicken fettuccine and small margherita pizza. Both delicious …
I’ve been coming here for 45 years and I’d have given it 5 stars from year one but the internet didn’t exist yet!
The place hasn’t changed because it’s a timeless theme. The old romantic Italian …
This is a super cool place! The ornate building is so fantastic and interesting. The food was great, but what made the experience outstanding was the pianist and her very accomplished vocalists, who, by the way, are also the wait staff. It was a fantastic time and I highly recommend it!
Real Italian Food next the Hollywood Boulevard. It’s the Oldest Italian Restaurant in Hollywood. Very delicious food. If you want to have a conversation better sit a little bit away from the piano. It’s a little bit too loud right next to it. Greetings from Germany.
Chicken marsala was strangely sweet. Marinara pasta was just okay. Tiramisu was excellent. Service was good, not great. Old interior. We were seated as a group of five at a table adjacent to stairs and hallway to bathrooms. Very dated atmosphere.
Had a great time, singing waiter and great meatballs and decent wine list!
A wonderful little gem tucked away but close to the Walk of Fame. Food was great, our server was wonderful and sang beautifully at the piano. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful cozy dinner.
Very cool old Italian place in hollywood! We got a Miceli’s classic pizza and some calamari plus a round of drinks. All of it was awesome, including free bread rolls – sign me up! Really fun vibe too, with the decor and the bottles hanging from the ceiling.
Old School Food Love served here! They have set up a charming outside dining area for a fun or romantic evening. The staff is kind, friendly & wonderful. The food & drinks are delicious and comforting. Let’s support them & keep this icon in LA alive!
This place is amazing. Awesome atmosphere, live pianist and great singing. The food is outstanding too. I had Lasagna.
This restaurant still being around since the 1940’s should tell you something. Highly recommend.
The food was very filling and satisfying, yet not too thick and loaded! The pasta, chicken, peppers, and mushrooms tasted natural and well-crafted. Outdoor seating was plentiful and our waiter was attentive to our needs. Will be coming back!
Really great Italian restaurant a few steps off Hollywood Boulevard. Food is good, our waiter was an old Italian guy who really made the place feel authentic. Great atmosphere, a little live singing, cool bar, good prices. Definitely recommend reservations!
